The earned value method (EV, SV, CV, SPI, CPI) is well understood and often required on regulated programs, but the tooling to run it tends to be one of two extremes: a heavyweight enterprise suite, or a hand-built spreadsheet reconciled every month by whoever owns it. Aganya is built to sit between the two: rigorous enough for EVMS-style reporting, light enough for a small or mid-sized team to adopt in a week.
